• Question: what advice to you have for us young engineers

      Try and stay young (in the mind) – a lot of being a good engineer I think is not listening to the voice inside many adults have that says its not a good idea to do something. I think of a lot of what I do as playing – seeing what happens if I just…..

      I don’t know what else I could be doing that I’d enjoy more, and if you find it interesting, I hope you get to enjoy it too.

      Enjoy what you do. If you can find a job that you enjoy, then it’s not really like work!

      Also – people skills are at least as important as technical skills! This is something no one ever explained to me, but I wish they had at an early stage!
