      Hi,

One of my earliest memories was at primary school, when I was making a model suspension bridge which I was very proud of. I think then – when I was perhaps 7 years old – I heard the word engineer, and decided that was for me.

I’ve always been interested in how stuff works. As a kid I used to take stuff apart to see how it all fitted together (and often it never fitted together again!) and I guess becoming an engineer was just the next step!
